Include your iPhone and Apple Watch models and their software versions. Please don’t send health data you’d rather keep private; we never need it.

Common questions

Gym0 doesn’t show my workouts from Apple Health
  1. Open the Health app, tap your profile picture, then Apps, then Gym0.
  2. Turn on the data types Gym0 asks for, including Workouts and Heart Rate.
  3. Return to Gym0. It refreshes when it comes back to the foreground.

Apple doesn’t tell apps which data you allowed, so Gym0 can’t tell an empty history from a denied one.

My saved workouts aren’t on my Apple Watch
  1. Open Gym0 on your iPhone once, so it can send your saved workouts.
  2. On the Watch, open Gym0, choose Start workout, then Sync from iPhone.

A free workout on the Watch works without any saved workouts.

How do I delete my data?
  1. On iPhone: Settings in Gym0, then Privacy, then Erase iPhone data.
  2. On Apple Watch: open Gym0, scroll to Privacy, then Erase Watch data.

Workouts saved to Apple Health are deleted in the Health app. Older device backups are managed by Apple.

How much does Gym0 cost?

Gym0 is free to download, with optional paid features. It’s coming soon to the App Store.

What do I need to use Gym0?

An iPhone on iOS 26.5 or later. Apple Watch is optional: add one to start workouts from your wrist and have reps counted as you lift.

Do I need an account?

No. Gym0 has no accounts and no servers. Everything stays on your iPhone and Apple Watch.

Who writes the workout summaries?

Apple’s on-device language model, on iPhones that support Apple Intelligence. Summaries are off unless you turn them on, and nothing is sent to a server. Turn them off in Settings in Gym0.
