Gym0.

Your training belongs to you.

Gym0 helps you understand it without taking your data, your attention or your decisions. These are the promises we build it by.

  1. Your data belongs to you.

Your workouts, health information and habits are yours. We never sell, rent or monetise them, and never use them for advertising.

  2. Private by design.

Gym0 has no accounts, no servers and no analytics. Your training is stored and processed on your iPhone and Apple Watch, and never sent to us or to outside AI services.

It does go where you’d expect: between your paired iPhone and Watch, into your own device backups, and anywhere you choose to share it. Apple’s services, such as Health and any diagnostics you’ve turned on, are covered in the privacy policy.

  3. Permission is your choice.

Gym0 asks for access when a feature needs it, and says why. Say no and logging still works, without Apple Health, notifications or on-device summaries. Change your mind any time.

  4. You stay in control.

Correct any record, override any guess and turn off the optional smart features. Erase Gym0’s data from your iPhone or Watch whenever you like.

  5. Honest about what we know.

What you recorded, what Gym0 calculated and what it estimated are different things, and Gym0 treats them that way. A missing measurement stays missing. Nothing in Gym0 is medical advice.

  6. Training without judgement.

No guilt for missed sessions and no shame about bodies. Rest, changing goals and coming back after a break are ordinary parts of training.

  7. Your attention, respected.

Gym0 is built to help you log a set and get back to lifting. No engagement tricks and no notifications for their own sake. A feature earns its place by being useful, not by keeping you in the app.

  8. Clear about what you pay for.

Gym0 is free to download, with optional in-app purchases. Before you buy, you’ll see what a purchase unlocks, what it costs and whether it’s one-time or recurring. Your data is never how we make money.

  9. Promises that hold.

If the way Gym0 handles your data changes in a meaningful way, we’ll explain it before it happens. We won’t quietly weaken these commitments in a policy update.
